People with a long-term mental health condition lose their jobs every year at around double the rate of those without a mental health condition.

The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA England) equips you with the skills to support yourself and others in your place of study or in the workplace - where people spend most of their time.
You are the first port of call to lend support and identify what extra help may be needed to help someone in or out of the workplace.
What we do.

We offer holistic coaching to students and adults.
We run Mental Health Awareness seminars and physical training - a key part of a holistic approach to nurturing good mental health.
Our programmes are comprised of physical activity, mental resilience and stress management training to engage, empower, challenge and educate.
