Krav Maga is a functional self-defence system, based on the body's natural responses designed for people of all ages and abilities.
Developed by Imi Lichtenfeld and used by many military, law enforcement agencies and civilians, it incorporates elements of boxing, Thai boxing, wrestling, judo and realistic fighting techniques all purely for self-defence.
Speed and aggression are the focus when defending yourself. Through training you will develop calmness in thought and calmness in action "so that one may walk in peace".
